Thanks for the tips - if only I could find time to read them!  I am particularly interested in the Pema Chodron book.  Right now I am reading (a few pages a night before I conk out) an Irvin Yalom book, "Momma and the Meaning of Life."  For anyone who has ever engaged in psychotherapy (on either side of the couch), it is fascinating!

I have a number of Pema's teaching sessions/retreats on tape and I used to listen to them in the car during long drives.  She is an amazing teacher.
