Outside Caribou Coffee

This day has been the worst one I have endured in quite awhile.

Job issues, kid (x2) issues, money issues.

It's a good thing someone out there has a sense of humor.

PS: There is a picture at the top of this entry.  I have no idea why it keeps refusing to appear.  Guess that sort of goes along with the day.

I'm glad that I could see the picture.    I hope things smooth out soon -- not likely given the ages of your kids but I can always hope for you.

Check out the flowers.    It reminded me the Photoshop kaleidoscope Poppy that you did last year.

Picture showed up for me (wonder of wonders!)  I love those sculptures.  They remind me of an art project that was undertaken about ten years ago along the I-5 corridor from Eugene to Portland.  An artist installed half a dozen of what he called "neon farm animals" in various yards and open fields along the 100 mile drive between Eugene and Portland.  I LOVED those animals...and the exhibit just happened to coincide with a period during which I was making that stupid trip once or twice a week (we were in the process of MOVING from Eugene to Portland...)  I was so sad when the exhibit ended...

Sorry your life is sucking right now, Robin.  Quit your job, beat the crap out of your kids, and throw your checkbook in the garbage.  Then sit down, put your feet up, and have a glass of wine...  Lisa  :-]  http://journals.aol.com/mlraminiak/ComingtotermswithMiddleAge/

Love the photo! I hope things settle down in your life, and soon. I know how you feel being the one who has to worry about everything. It's exhausting, isn't it?

Another beautiful sculpture!  I'm sad to hear you're enduring more than your share these days.  Keep your chin up, take stock in what is important, grab yourself a gelato and then go to Caribou Coffee for some java.  I'm sending a prayer heavenward.
Best,
Judith

Gee, Robin, you always seem so unflappable. It's almost nice to see you vent a bit, provided that these situations all can be worked out.
